VERDICCHIO
Verdicchio is the best known white grape from the Le Marche Region and one of the most popular from Italy. We produce our Verdicchio within the “Castelli di Jesi” wine appellation area. It is a very versatile variety that produces great still wines as well as quality sparkling wines (classic and charmat method), late harvest, beautifully aged wines and grappa through pomace distillation. With meticulous care in the vineyards and in the cellar, Verdicchio produces wines of the highest quality and greatest structure, with good acidity and a well balanced alcohol content. Whether vinified in cement, stainless steel or wood, Verdicchio has the potential to produce wines of great longevity. Good vintages can beautifully age up to twenty years! Only a few wineries, in our area, are capable of producing wines that can withstand such a long aging process. With over 50 years of experience and hard work we are proudly among those few!
